COCO RAE | Concert report • Rammstein
Hee ya'll! Yesterday i went to the Rammstein concert <3 I looooved it! Rammstein are a German industrial metal band from Berlin, formed in 1994. They've achieved particular fame for their hugely over-the-top stage show, using so many pyrotechnics that fans eventually coined the motto "Other bands play, Rammstein burns!" This tour does not only include lots of pyrotechnics, but also a massive lighting show - for example, the famous band logo-cross as big lamps and four enormous collapsible towers, forming the industrial backdrop of the set, capable of doing different lighting effects. For me it was by far the best concert ever! They put on such a spectacular show, it was amazing! It was even bigger than i thought... just WOW! I really don't want this to be their last tour, i wanna go again!!

Again they chose photographer David Sims for their latest Spring 2012 ad campaign and continued with a variation on the intergalactic/holly vibe they displayed in their Fall 2011 campaign. The new campaign featuring model Zuzanna Bijoch has a lighter tone and seems more optimist in creative director Sarah Burton’s romantic designs. Love it! <3 What do ya think...

My sister gave me a ticket for christmas <3 So sweet! We went together ^^ Loved the Drop Dead shirt that the singer of Bless The Fall wore! The only disappointing thing was that AA played just a few songs. But here's a little impression. What do ya think...

INSPIRATION | Azzedine Alaïa
On the 11th of December 2011, the Groninger Museum, in the Netherlands, opened an exhibition entitled Alaïa - Azzedine Alaïa in the 21st century. This exhibition displays the most fantastic Alaïa fashion creations of the last ten years. Each room in the exhibition will focus on a different material that Azzedine Alaïa has consistently used over the past decade: velvet, fur, wool, leather, cotton, animal skins, chiffon and knitwear.
Azzedine Alaïa is one of the last major living couturiers. The exhibition focuses on Alaïa’s work in the 21st Century. It is the sequel to the presentation of his designs from previous decades, also shown at the Groninger Museum in 1997-1998, and which subsequently travelled to the Brant Foundation, Guggenheim Soho in New York in 2000. Tunisian-born Azzedine Alaïa is one of the most important fashion designers of the last decades. The name Alaïa stands for glamour, sensuality, style, cut, self-confidence, comfort, and of course, sex appeal. His tight dresses embrace the bodies of the world’s most seductive and successful women. Love his work! Really wanna visit the exhibition! What do ya think...
